When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed within 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

How long does delivery take?

We have US, DE, FR,ES,IT local warehouse, so if products shipped from local warehouse, it will take 3-7 business days, but some products will be shipped from China, it will take 7-20 business days,but may take longer in busy times, such as Christmas time, Black Friday,11.11 shipping festival.

How will my delivery be shipped?

1.Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out YeeMall products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers. It takes 3-7 business day.

2.If products are shipped from China, we use international registration packet to ship to different countries.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

Will my package be charged customs?

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately. we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based off product value. These fees are not included in your order, we have no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional or giveaway items. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
